CANCELLATION POLICY

As a courtesy to our studio professionals, please provide a minimum of 24-hour notice should you need to cancel or modify an appointment.

  • A credit card will need to be provided when making an appointment and you will be charged a fee of $50 if the appointment is canceled, considered a no-call/no-show, or modified less than 24 hours in advance.

  • As a courtesy, appointment confirmation messages are sent 24 hours before appointments by text message and/or email to the contact information given at the time of booking. Failing to respond to those confirmation messages could result in your appointment slot being given to another client.

LATE POLICY

As a courtesy to all of our clients, we cannot guarantee your appointment if you are more than 15 minutes late. If you are running late, please call us at your earliest convenience so we may try to accommodate you.

REFUND POLICY

WE HAVE A NO-REFUND POLICY for used or unused, redeemed or expired, full or partial services, treatments, memberships, and packages.

Completely unused, unopened products may be eligible for a full cash or credit refund if returned within 14 days of purchase. Used, opened, broken, or expired products are not eligible for a full refund; partial credit will be considered if returned within 14 days of purchase. Any and all consideration for refunds or credits is at the full discretion of the business.

NEW CLIENT INFO

New clients must complete a full New Client Intake form with all correct medical history. This form will be completed at the time of the appointment at our location.

All clients with any contraindications receiving services must be cleared by their physician before treatment can be performed. If you are unsure if you have a contraindication for a service, please check the Pre/Post Care for the respective service, or please contact us directly.

Our skin specialists will review treatment options and pre/post instructions during all appointments.
